Account and data deletion

You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion of your Sarraf account and associated personal data. Close your account from the app’s Account screen or send a request directly to the support address below.

1. Email destek@sarraf.ai with the subject ‘Sarraf.ai account and data deletion request’ and identify the phone number or email used for your account.
2. We verify account ownership securely. Do not include your password, one-time code, identity document or portfolio screenshots in your initial email.
3. Within 14 days of account closure or a verified deletion request, we complete deletion or anonymisation of the associated personal data and notify you of the outcome.

Scope: account/profile, sessions and notification records, addresses, uploaded documents/images, portfolio records, Sara conversations and usage records linked to your account. Account closure stops access; deletion of associated data is handled separately. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server account.

If a legal obligation, ongoing dispute or security investigation requires a record to be retained, we explain its type, reason and applicable period. Clear app data to remove device copies; a deletion request also covers relevant records held by our servers and service providers.
